Susan Collins and Joe Manchin have both announced that they will vote to confirm Brett Kavanaugh. Assuming that Lisa Murkowski remains a no, Kavenaugh will win confirmation tomorrow by a vote of 51-49. It’s all done except for calling out the fat lady to sing a dirge for the final defeat of decency and integrity.
