SparkAction!—a national youth news site—created an online contest where young people can post questions and vote for their favorites through February 18. Sec. Duncan will answer top questions on February 26 at the National Youth Summit in Washington, DC.
The Youth Summit is the closing event of the Department of Education’s National Youth Listening Tour.
