Friday, House Republicans voted to repeal the Affordable Care Actfor the 40th time. “This is about 2016,” DC bureau chief David Corn noted on MSNBC. With nothing else happening in Congress, Republicans can get attention by holding the same vote over and over again, and they’re hoping it will pay off down the road.
