The Hillary Clinton campaign released an ad on Monday taking aim at Donald Trump over revelations that he may have avoided paying federal income tax for nearly two decades. The ad was based on a report published Saturday in the New York Times, which showed that Trump had reported a $916 million loss on his 1995 tax returns, potentially enabling him to pay no federal income tax for 18 years.
