Senate Republicans released an updated version of their plan to repeal Obamacare—alongside cutting taxes and remaking Medicaid. The bill is a modification of the version Senate Majority Leader Mitch McConnell released last month, which the Congressional Budget Office estimated would result in 22 million fewer people having insurance by 2026.
